Susie was delighted to stage a children's charity book launch in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Pop Goes to the Rescue was written by Kate Steele while she was being treated for cancer as a legacy for her grandchildren. The book was published posthumously by her family after she passed away in April 2013.

Actress Sue Johnston (Royal Family, Coronation Street, Downton Abbey) did a reading for the children and guests. This small personal event made the front page of The Knutsford Guardian and the Cheshire Magazines.
